Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear and fair terms for professional services engagements.
Scope
This policy applies to professional services provided by STOX50 including software development, consulting, support, and related engagements.
Quotations, Prepayments, and Milestones
- Engagements may require an advance payment or milestone‑based billing.
- Work commences upon receipt of agreed prepayment or purchase order.
Cancellations
- You may cancel by written notice. We will stop work as soon as practical.
- Fees for work already performed, commitments made, and non‑recoverable costs remain payable.
- For time‑and‑materials engagements, hours delivered up to the cancellation date are billable.
Refunds
- Where prepayments exceed the value of work performed and costs incurred, the difference will be refunded within 10 business days.
- Completed and delivered services are non‑refundable.
- Third‑party licenses or services purchased on your behalf are non‑refundable per the provider’s terms.
Rescheduling
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests subject to resource availability. Significant rescheduling may require a change order.
Quality Concerns
