Service Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription or service agreement at any time by contacting our support team. Upon
cancellation:
- Your access to the services will continue until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect
- You remain responsible for any outstanding fees incurred before cancellation
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase
- The service was not delivered as described
- There was a significant technical failure on our part
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Custom development or consulting services already rendered
- Setup or installation fees
- Partial month usage
- Services cancelled after the 14-day window
